Fueled by their passion for rock and their love for cheap alcohol, SHOOTING BLANKS remains one of the hardest-working bands in Chicagoland. With no outside help, SHOOTING BLANKS has independently shot three music videos, released a studio-recorded EP & a computer-enhanced full-length CD, gained regular airplay on & been featured guests on the legendary Chicago rock television show "JBTV", has two SHOOTING BLANKS online video games, has independently toured the country, has been featured on Chicago's major radio outlets as well as tons of college radio stations nationwide, has opened for national acts, and has played shows in most of the major clubs throughout Chicagoland and the surrounding suburbs.
